Efficient, clean tidy and responsive (Reviewed May 2023)
Windowtreat provided an excellent service from start to finish. There was no hard sell, and Chris clearly explained the options for the roof blind. The contractors arrived on time on both occasions, completed the work to a very high standard and left the site clean and tidy. The blind looks great and is a perfect fit. (Reviewed May 2023)
Window Treat were very professional and helpful. When the blinds arrived, they noticed some markings on them and insisted that they replaced them. It was great to see they had a positive proactive attitude and an eye for quality without comment needed from me. They came back and refitted the updated blinds without further charge. I'm happy to recommend them. (Reviewed May 2023)
We had two ceiling blinds installed initially - one successfully after lots of tweaking and the second was removed when windowtreat admitted defeat. The difficulties we experienced were exacerbated by covid. We did have some conversations with the company about the installation charges they charged despite the installation being unsuccessful but settled in full. Now the remaining blind has broken - we have been trying to contact the operations director since January to source a replacement part - no answer since January 23rd - not very happy.
Windowtreat Response :
WindowTreat successfully repaired the electric roof lantern blind on 2nd May 2023. We completely understand the clients frustration about the absence of communication. In this instance, there was an unexpectedly long lead-time for one of the parts, which, thankfully is exceedingly rare.
We are reviewing our system and people-led processes to ensure that there is clear, concise, timely and courteous communication at every single stage of the customer journey with WindowTreat. Steve Gargett Managing Director.

We had heat reduction films installed on our conservatory windows and have been very happy with the results.
Prior to installation, Steve took a decent amount of time on several phone calls to talk me through the pros and cons of various products and working out the right one for us. The company website was very helpful, giving detailed yet easy-to-understand information about the various products.
I had other slightly cheaper quotes from competitors, and I was not really able to judge the difference in quality between the products, but the quality of the information on the website, which the others didn't provide, as well as Steve's professionalism on the phone won me over.
The installation was done well, guys arrived on time and left no mess behind. (Reviewed September 2019)
Prompt responses to initial enquiry and subsequent correspondence. They worked very hard to accommodate our tight timescale for completion. (Reviewed September 2018)
Service was fantastic from both Sales and the product installer. We have noticed a definite difference since the film was installed in our conservatory, would recommend to anyone who is struggling to use their conservatory year round. (Reviewed July 2018)
Very business like and courteous. Job was done quickly and efficiently with 4 men completing the work with no fuss. Would highly recommend this company. They kept me informed all the time from initial Enquiry to completion of the work and answered all our queries regarding the installation of the window film (Reviewed June 2018)
