Neil gave a very professional service, whilst being friendly and very personable.
Communication was extremely clear prior to the visit and he arrived at the time given.
His attention to detail was impeccable and he insisted that I checked the work during and after the chimney was swept. He also asked to check my carbon monoxide alarm.
