I've received excellent support from the team at Tekeez over a couple of years. They've rescued me when our laptop died a sudden death and I was in the throes of editing a book I've been working on for the past 4 years - helped me not to go into meltdown and retrieved everything. Just installed MS Office for me remotely so that I can access all files when my partner bought a new laptop and failed to install MS Office!
They have also gone to a lot of trouble to give me a well priced quotation to create a website for me - which is still a work in progress - am saving up in order to start an online business. I have used Tekeez for anything to do with my computer since 2009 and have found the team there to be immediately responsive whether by phone or email. I am a very senior citizen (80 now) and something of a duffer in understanding IT language, but they are always reassuring and will either make a home visit, or fix a problem for me with instructions over the phone, or even, using their wizardry, fix it at a distance. Supplied a new laptop promptly and at a good price. Installed software efficiently, and transferred data from old laptop. Responded immediately and effectively to queries about the new machine - both online and on the phone.
