I called Steve at 8.30 and he was at my house by 9.15. I explained the problem and he had a look at the appliance/socket/fuse board and suggested the problem but when we tried it, it all worked fine. Steve said if it happens again to call him back and he will come out again, and said he wouldn't charge for the call out today. Will definitely call him again in the future if I need an electrician.
