This was a garage conversion into a utility room and office. I cannot fault the team - from start to finish they were excellent. Having not done something like this before, I expected it to be a stressful process, but it wasn't. All the people involved were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and hard-working. They clearly know what they're doing and were really good at problem-solving anything that came up and liaising with us about anything that needed discussing.

PJ Rushbridge were highly recommended by a friend whose family has used them over many years. Based on these recommendations we had not hesitation in engaging them to repair our parents' flat. The work included making good considerable damage to walls, replacing fire doors, repairing flooring, etc, and was all carried out to an exceptionally high standard; we are delighted with the finished product. Conversion for a disabled shower room and ramps. Wonderful service from start to finish. Builders were kind and considerate in all their dealings with us. My husband who is disabled was consulted at every stage his requirements top of the list. Having often worked with Peter and his staff, I was confident already that I was making the right choice for these guys to work on my own home. Adam Rushbridge has completed a full refit of our family bathroom, ensuite bathroom and cloakroom, over a period of seven weeks. The finished work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship, excellent value for money and our complete customer satisfaction. It was well worth waiting for nearly six months to be able to book the time in the work schedule.

The entire project was approached methodically, professionally and clearly with great pride in doing things properly, whether the workpiece is fully on show or buried under other materials. The workplace has been cleaned and left neat and tidy every evening throughout the work and the inevitable disruption of working upstairs in the middle of the house has been kept to a minimum.

Adam and his team have worked closely with us throughout to ensure maximum satisfaction with every aspect of the work. There has been extensive consultation, with many constructive suggestions and ideas being provided to assist our decisions. We were particularly impressed with the thought and care put into working out optimum tiling layouts. Adam’s attention to detail, and the final quality of finish has been superb. We were also very impressed by the approach and quality of workmanship of Simon the electrician, Darren the plasterer and both Jamie and Richard who assisted Adam with the swift and orderly stripping-out of the old bathrooms.

Work required total gutting and refurbishment of the bathroom, following a water leak. It included replacement of the bath with a walk-in shower, replacement bathroom units, extensive tiling, decorating throughout and new flooring.
Adam Rushbridge initially impressed at the quotation stage when he asked lots of good questions and made helpful suggestions about how to deal with the job.
This continued throughout the work and helped enormously to ensure total satisfaction with the end result.
