Having recently used the garage for an MOT and to have the brakes sorted on my Audi, I have to say the whole experience had been completely flawless.

I made my MOT booking at short notice, due to getting my dates mixed up, and they were most accommodating in finding an MOT slot available to keep me running. During the MOT process Graham (owner) kept me informed of the condition of my vehicle and noted that the brakes had considerable wear, yet were still within the legal wear limits. Due to needing my vehicle for work I made and booking for a follow up appointment to have the brake pads changed, which with using genuine Audi parts Osgood's were significantly more competitive than Audi and other independent garages in the catchment area.

We had to use this garage to repair a third parties car. The owner refused to take a credit card payment over the phone which resulted in us having to make a round trip of 1.5 hours to make the payment in person. We were threatened with a 'late payment charge' and an 8 percent fee even though the car was repaired very recently. Their website shows inaccurate info and didn't care when raised.*
