We purchased the vehicle 3 months ago from North Star. We have had it to our garage who have ran diagnostics on the car which have bought up failings on the ECM control module, it is needs a new auxiliary belts as there is chunks missing from it, it has an oil leak and it needs a new front side tyre. Before we collected the car North Start serviced the car and stamped to service book so these are all things that should have been picked up when they completed that service. We have had ZERO offer of help from them because they said the car is out of warranty so there is nothing they can do. The customer service on the matter has been absolutely appalling.
