I'd always had starting problems with my garden mower which I bought from new and the original supplier was no help at all. Brian Nicholls explained that the carburettor had not been set up correctly. After he had serviced it, I had no problems at all.

This year part of the hood had rusted through and it looked as if I would need a new machine. However, Brian said that rotary mowers always tend to rust on one side but that he could extend its life by welding on a metal bar. This was duly done and painted and should give me give me many more years of problem free mowing.
