Excellent in all aspects from first communication to finished result. The floor was sanded (lots of difficult corners) and varnished day 1 then back again the next day for 2 further coats. It looks brand new - I could not recommend Jeff and his amazing team enough. (Reviewed July 2022)

The service I received from Mitchell's was exceptional from start to finish. The staff in the showroom were professional and so helpful in helping me decide on colour etc, and everything went to plan on time. I would highly recommend this company, so much better than the bigger organisations and very competitive.

The men (with carpets) arrived on time and set to work immediately.They worked fast and efficiently and tidily. All old carpet/underlay bagged and removed, before flooring scraped clean of all old underlay. The carpets were neatly laid, doors that were scraping the carpets were trimmed back. Good range of samples and advice available to decide on the type of wooden flooring. Less than 2 weeks between placing the order and fitting being started. From my 1st contact with Jeff Mitchell he has been polite, extremely helpful, honest and informative.
On ordering he mentioned he was very busy and I may have to wait for my floor to be laid. Within a few days I had a phone call to say they could do it in another few days.
Ben who laid the floor was very professional, cleaned up after himself and between him and Jeff removed and replaced all white goods. Lyn in the office was also very helpful, knew the products and easy to discuss my needs with.
