Mark and his colleagues did an excellent job in completely stripping out and re-fitting and redecorating our bathroom. They helped us to identify the most practical and attractive layout and recommended suppliers for furniture and fittings. They arrived as scheduled and made good progress throughout the work. Mark coordinated the various trade inputs well. He diligently pursued the furniture that didn't turn up - something that was completely the fault of the manufacturer. After we identified a suitable alternative he got this fitted promptly, and negotiated for us to receive substantial compensation for the inconvenience caused.
