Mick responded quickly to my initial call - arrived within a couple of hours. He assessed the job, gave me a price and a date when he could do the work. The night before we were going away this plumber came out at 6.45pm and isolated our water cistern. Arranged for him to call on the 28th Dec and new cistern was installed all by 11.45am.
