Excellent service. Right from us visiting the showroom to the installation completion everyone has been friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation team worked really hard and did a job that is second to none. They took a great deal of care during the installation and didn't rush at all. The garden looks fantastic now and the dogs love it.

Survey- Simon attended, called us en route to say he was running late (we were happy that he called, and it caused no problems). We were impressed with Simon's knowledge and felt very comfortable with him from the offset. Install- Simon arrived with the installers to run through what needed doing. We had 2 really decent guys who carried out the works, any requests/alterations were dealt with in a professional manner. The site was mostly left clean and tidy with the rubbish being cleared daily. I am a tradesman, my expectation levels are high, Love it Lawns did not disappoint. I did raise a couple of issues during the works, but these were resolved immediately with no fuss. From the initial site visit to the installation I could not have been happier. I was impressed with the quality of the products offered and there was no pressure selling involved and I did not have to pay anything in advance. I had to wait a while for installation due to the popularity of this family run company and word of mouth referral recommendations. They were recommended to me by my next door neighbor and were certainly worth the wait. Prior to the installation date I was contacted to check all was in place and on the day I was rung by the installers to advise their arrival time. The Installers were extremely friendly and professional and even took away some old wood I had left from some other contractors. A follow up phone call the next day to check I was happy. We had excellent service from Love it Lawns when it was installed in January this year.
Due to some remedial work needed in the garden over the past month the grass did not fit snuggly. I contacted Love it Lawns for advice and Sally came to inspect the garden.
We needed some infills along two edges and she arranged for this to be done yesterday.
Two lovely men spent over two hours rectifying our problem leaving the lawn immaculate once again.
