Arthur was a pleasure to do business with! He was very quick to respond to all contact & messages & was available almost immediately & was very flexible with days/times. He also provided information on the differences between different products & gave prices BEFORE I booked him to do the the job so I could decide if I wanted to use his services or not so he wasn’t pushy at all which was a nice change! He did a great job of changing the handle on my old UPVC back door which was very loose & didn’t have long before it fell off! First class service!. Went to Essex County Council Buy with Confidence and this company came up. Phoned them told them what I required, they explained on phone what they could do. On arrival showed me every part they would use and the cost of all of it and how it worked, leaving me very clear in what I was getting and paying for. Work was carried out with professionalism, cleanliness and care. I have no hesitation in recommending them to absolutely anyone. I needed a new lock fitting as it broke this morning. Arthur came a few hours later and replaced the very old one. I used Locks4less Locksmiths to replace my conservatory door. I was given a temporary lock whilst a new lock was ordered. The engineer - Arthur was very honest and transparent about what the costs would be. He works to a high standard and is very professional and friendly.
