I live in Australia, and was unable to procure the leads for my bedside lamps. After finding a company in Taiwan, they were unable to ship overseas. I then found Leads Direct, in the UK. The company was most cooperative in dealing with me, and were prepared to specially make up the leads to my requirements. I have to thank them for their speed in make-up and in despatch. Incredible service from this company and the couriers. I ordered the speaker leads yesterday morning at 10.00am and they are with me within 24 hours. Also they had to be custom made and were not off-the-shelf items and Newhaven is a long way from Solihull They are far superior to anything I could cobble up. Brilliant.

I wanted a non-UK extension for a specific task. The colour I wanted was not on the website. I contacted Leads Direct and Nick was extremely helpful in placing a special order, which I then received on schedule. I have examined the lead and I am happy with the build quality. After hours of searching the web for a cable to meet my requirements for a cable on an discontinued powered riser chair and failing I came across Leads Direct. I sent an email with a couple of photos detailing my requirements. They promptly responded and although couldn't exactly meet my outlined specifications were clear on what they could offer which was suffice. I paid online through PayPal received and received an email receipt and a further notification when my lead had been dispatched. It arrived promptly, was of good quality and met the agreed specifications.
