After selecting a new Howdens kitchen for install, I sought a quote from JBS Property Services. Jim was outstanding in explaining the various options available to me & highlighting the matters I needed to address as a part of the overall design. His quote arrived soon afterwards with a full breakdown of the work that was required by himself, as well as that required by other parties.
Jim fitted the kitchen to the very highest standard, displaying outstanding workmanship & professionalism at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and I had complete confidence in his ability at all times.

JBS Property Services was on the local Care and Repair list, so we felt it was a good recommendation, We were not wrong, from the first contact to completion of work was an excellent experience. We had a walk in shower that was leaking and we couldn't find the source. James stripped out the shower screen, bad grouting and filling, cleaned every bit of the 4 door screen and re sealed the tray, remade the screen and sealed it all around.

Excellent from start to finish, worked around other trades with ease even though some ran over so very flexible and understanding with timings. Was able to custom build areas of the bathroom to suit the furniture selected which visually enhance the overall finish and quality of the bathroom. We have commissioned James on 2 separate occasions. The first time was for a list of enhancements in our small bathroom, which included removing the old floor tiling and re-tiling the floor, replacement wash basin & tap installation and and bath taps, fixing skirting, boxing in the waste pipe and a handful of other smaller items. On the basis of the high standard of work, we engaged James again a second time for some minor works some months later. We were pleased with the outcome on both occasions.
