Gareth was easy to talk to. He listened carefully to what I said and clarified information with me to ascertain what was needed. He took measurements and made notes. He looked at my heating system (which is not run of the mill) and took photographs.
Gareth quickly provided an estimate and dates to complete the work.
During the work, Gareth was a pleasure to have in the house and he kept me up to date on the progress of the work.
On completion, Gareth made sure everything was working correctly and showed me what he had done. Everything was left clean and tidy and he removed all rubbish.
