Disappointed!
Holeshot Kawasaki is poor, very poor.
We purchased a new bike for our son. The bike never ran correctly.
We returned it very disappointed.
Gave Holeshot a chance to fix it, no time limit set by us, advised they had after 4 days, but on the day of collection admitted they couldn't manage too, despite leading us to believe they had.
We had to wait 9 days before we received a refund in full, after returning it
A painful experience.
Poor product
No accountability from the staff for the whole episode.

Dear customer,
We appreciate you were not happy with the Stomp product purchased in store, unfortunately the fault was intermittent as you were made aware on the date that we agreed to refund.
The bike has since gone back to the manufacturers which have confirmed it was an electrical fault causing the intermittent issue which was completely out of our hands as dealer.
Unfortunately with intermittent faults they do not always shed light until you least want them even when you have been led to believe you have resolved the issue in good time for the customer.
I appreciate the experience was painful due to your distance from us living overseas and the nature of the issue not being a straight forward fix.
All refunds as explained on date of return can take up to 7 working days maximum.
We are very sorry again for the poor experience with this product and we hope to see you soon. (Reviewed May 2019)
