We had 2 wasp nests in the eves of our bungalow. I phoned Hawthorn in the morning and they were there by 3PM. Their polite and cheerful technician treated both nests quickly and without any mess. He said that if the treatment was not completely successful then he would return FoC. So far, a day later, there is no sign of wasp activity. Hawthorn were also considerably cheaper than their nearest rivals. (Reviewed August 2019)

I had a difficult location wasp nest and other pest control companies were unable to remove it. Hawthorn were able to calmly and confidently try two different options until it was removed.
