I got Jason's details from Trading Standards - Buy with Confidence scheme. My elderly Mum needed her gas cooker disconnected. Jason was superb he was polite, clean and tidy, worked efficiently and was very very courteous to my Mum. He put her mind at rest re the job as she was worried as it concerned gas. WCC required a safety certificate which Jason completed so I could email to them. I would highly recommend Jason. Great service from start to finish and very reasonable price. Jason had previously visited to assess the work, which we discussed in detail, together with some options regarding materials.
He emailed a quote, confirming how long it would take him to do the work and the cost. We then spoke on the phone and agreed a date for the job to be done.
Jason arrived promptly at 9am as agreed, completed the work in the time he had allowed in his quote and tidied up after he had finished.

Jason arrived to time, and disconnected the cooker quickly. He made sure the gas connection to the cooker was sealed safely and turned the gas supply to the house off. He helped me carry the cooker outside for disposal. While at the property he also made safe the washing machine waste water connection with the waste water pipe from the kitchen sink safe so that anybody emptying the kitchen sink wouldn't have a flood in the kitchen. Task Jason undertook as to install a new, replacement, sink and tap, but we knew the job was complex as it needed a water softener moved and replumbed, the mains stop cock replaced (with lever operation) and connection of other machines with softened water, and outside supply with lever tap from un-softened supply. 2 other plumbers had refused the job as it was 'too complicated'.
It took a whole day, with short return visit next day,
The under sink space had been filled with crossing pipes, and now all piping is around the walls out of the way.
Excellent job, working well with absolutely no problems. Cost was exactly as estimated. We did have to wait 2 weeks for him to have an available full day uninterrupted (and hence loss of water supply to house) , but we planned around that, so no problem.
Overall, it could not have been achieved better, to estimated time and cost. Strongly recommended. (Reviewed May 2016)
