Couldn't open front door. Geoff came on time, the time that suited me. Doesn't charge for call-outs - very shocked as that's normally common. He talked me through the problem and what he had to do. While he was here, he even looked at 2 windows for me which wasn't the reason I called him out, he done that off his own back. I would highly recommend Geoff - such a lovely, helpful man.
