The end result suits the style of our 100 year old house - and the firm showed that quality repair is better than substitution with modern materials. Also the replacement of steamed up double glazing units was speedily organised. Steve, Director from ESK turned up on time in Feb at a weekend to give the quote on my house in Feb. We were in regular communications to arrange a work period in early July from March and him & his team stuck to the agreed date/time.

Steve's team, led by Adam were prompt and cracked on the with work straight away. We had a few kinks early on to sort out some additional work (rotten post) requiring extra quote & type of paint to be used. This was sorted & agreed quickly. Adam & his team were polite, got on with the work & tidied up at the end of each day.

Overall very satisfied by the service, as Steve has said, that ESK are not the cheapest but will turn up & give a good quality service. He was right, as it has been hard getting quotes and decorators to turn up post pandemic lockdown. (Reviewed July 2022)
