Everything was done perfectly, the men turned up promptly, carrying armfuls of dustsheets. They worked hard and cheerfully, telling me not to worry, they would take care of everything. They had their own vacuum cleaner and when they went, you wouldn't have known they'd been, except for my new excellent quality windows.
