Contacted Craig after seeing rats in my back garden. He responded very quickly. Very professional and friendly service. Checked the garden thoroughly and identified 'rat runs'. Placed high-strength professional grade bait and made two further visits. Result after 3 weeks = 1 dead rat found and no more to be seen. Relief!
