Right from the first enquiry via the telephone, to the home visit and subsequent fitting of the shutters the customer service level provided by all staff at CP Shutters was excellent. The fitters (Nick & Josh) arrived at the time stated, they were friendly, professional and approachable, furthermore they were happy and competent to answer my questions. Once they had completed the work they cleared up and hoovered all rooms in which they had fitted the shutters.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, from my initial enquiry through to the fitting, all staff I dealt with showed the same level of care and professionalism.

Why I am so delighted is also because all windows in my house are not level, this proved very challenging, however CP made sure they fitted and looked perfect.

Nick explained the using and cleaning of the shutters thoroughly, they literally were wonderful.
