The initial meeting to discuss our requirements was conducted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The installers were on time every day and cleaned and vacuumed the work area and stairs before they left which was much appreciated. The finished shower room and bathroom are simply superb. The attention to detail was excellent. There were a couple of small improvements suggested along the way which were gratefully received by us and acted upon. My only suggestion for improvement would be giving prior warning that the airing cupboard needs to be emptied before the men can start, as chaos ensued when it was emptied rapidly within a short while of arrival.

Peter had lots of great ideas, and really is an encyclopaedia of what can work, what products are out there, and what could be done with the space we had. He never once pressured us to make a decision quickly. They have a really great can-do attitude. Rafal and Mariusz worked really hard. This is the 3rd bathroom Adroit have done for us (over the years), they may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Excellent advice.
They encountered several unforeseen issues during the installation, including me changing my mind a couple of times, nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted and completed on time.

Adroit installed our new bathroom in 2015 including a vanity unit with wash basin. We believed we were purchasing quality bathroom furniture manufactured to withstand bathroom environments and expecting the best standards for the installation of the furniture. After just five years the unit is showing signs of water ingress into the fabric of the unit. We believe Adroit may not have sealed the unit, below the sink, in full accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. We wrote to Adroit expressing our concerns. I have also raised a complaint through the 'Buy With Confidence' scheme. Adroit have failed to explain why the unit has failed. Adroit still refuse to accept they could be at fault. We have been let down by Adroit and consider their after-sales service to be abysmal.

We visited after 5 years to inspect & assist. Despite user water damage on areas close to shower area, we offered supply & fit of a replacement at cost- offer rejected by you. We received advice from Trading Standards, and they were happy with the steps we took. We have provided support on request- we inspected a faulty Aqualisa shower processor unit 7 months post installation, with our guidance you arranged an engineer from Aqualisa to attend as our appointed representative. We also gave cleaning advice after 4 years to save need for replacement seal for shower screen. All customers can expect the highest levels of support from us and we value the feedback we receive from customers appreciating the complete and comprehensive service we offer.

We had a bath removed, a new shower cubicle installed in its place and new wall and floor tiles to blend in with the existing ones. The work was completed in four days, even though there were unexpected problems with the plumbing. Each day when the bathroom fitter had finished for the day, the bathroom was left clear and tidy and we were able to use it. The finished result was superb - we are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service we received from our initial inquiry through to the finished result. The whole experience from design to the finished bathroom was carried out with the customer at the forefront. We visited the showroom which had been modified to allow us to view the bathroom design and see the products in safety.

We had confidence from the outset that were would be getting quality products and service.

The fitters were extremely efficient and friendly, and we left them to undertake the building and fitting work without worry.
They tidied after themselves every day which allowed us to use our bedroom where they had been working on the en-suite. All waste materials and old fittings were removed and taken back to their premises to dispose of responsibly.

The finished article was stunning!
