We were looking online for HSL Chairs and found the You First Chairs website. After thoroughly reviewing their website we realised that they were in Worthing we decided to go and check them out. We spent a couple of hours trying out several chair options and eventually settled on one. During discussions with Cameron, he explained that due to some long term medical issues we would be exempt from the VAT. Delivery was agreed and we were told that Sandra would be on the case for a petite model chair for my wife. 2 days later a phone call from Sandra saying they had obtained a petite model chair, which was delivered and set up as promised.
We cannot fault the service, support, delivery and all round support. This is a first class operation with lovely people. No need to look anywhere else. (Reviewed March 2023)

Purchase and delivery of riser/recliner mobility chair May 2021.Visited the You First shop in Worthing to select a riser/recliner chair. The assistant in the shop was very patient and pleasant, answered our queries and offered helpful advice on the various chairs. Purchased the chair and she arranged delivery for the same week.
The chair was delivered on the day and at the time agreed and was assembled, tested and the operation of the various modes clearly explained.
The service with regards to purchasing and the delivery of the chair was excellent. All the individuals we dealt with were very helpful, informative, pleasant and friendly in manner and the chair was delivered on time as agreed. (Reviewed June 2022)

In May this year, my 95 year old mother purchased a chair from You First Rise and Recliners. I had accessed the website and while talking to their office manager, mum choose the type of chair she liked the look of. They arrived on the appointed time with three chairs to choose from. There was not pressure as to which one to buy and Mum chose by feel of the material and comfort, rather than price.
The chosen chair was then demonstrated with my mum safely seated on it. She and her audience enjoyed the experience. Mum’s old chair was taken away and the new installed in its place. I have no hesitation in recommending You First Rise and Recliners to the reader. (Reviewed June 2022)
