Company engaged to clear lots of overgrown stuff, prune a willow tree, remove a plum tree etc etc.

Excellent job carried out by very professional people who worked safely and did exactly what was asked. My wife commented on how very polite the guys were, to my mind they could could teach some service sector businesses a thing or two about interpersonal skills.

WGS were called to remove various hedges, small trees an several stumps which needed urgent action.

Within 48 hours the job was completed.

Both operatives were polite and knew exactly what was required with minimal imput.

Having all the necessary equipment, they made very light work of what would have taken me at least a couple of days labour.

This was not the first time using WGS which is due to their excellent prompt services and extensive knowledge of all aspects of of tree surgery.

My son had used WGS to remove a tree earlier in the year and recommended him to me . Wes didn't come in person however the 2 guys that did attend were very thorough, professional and friendly. They came to remove a large conifer hedge bordering my neighbours garden. They checked that no birds were nesting then got straight down to work. Didn't take long to see the transformation.
They left the area tidy and even helped me with a load of chippings to mulch the garden.

WGS advised me how to apply for permission for the work needed on the tree due to the TPO. The quote was issued very promptly and a date arranged for the work to completed.

Responded very quickly to my request for a quotation to undertake work on my tree. I needed some urgent work done where a clump of ivy had fallen away from the tree trunk and over the telephone line plus I wanted several branches removed/lifted. WGS provided a quote the same day for a crown lift, removal of dead wood and stripping the ivy that had grown up the trunk. Once I had accepted the quote they came out and removed the fallen ivy (15 minute job) WGS handled the planning application with the local authority as the tree has a TPO.
