Brilliant service from Kevin and Alfie. They carried out work on my gas fire last Autumn, returning this year to replace a faulty boiler. They went out of their way to ensure that the new system was up and running as quickly as possible. The old system had issues in the way it had been set up and they corrected this. The new system works perfectly. Kevin is thorough in documenting all work carried out to ensure there is a proper history of work undertaken. I only moved to the area last year. At my previous home I had a very good heating engineer for many years and so finding a new and reliable engineer was a challenge as consumers know too well. Excellent service. Exceptionally high standard of work; replaced single-fin radiators with double-fin radiators and also fitted a rain-shower. Old radiators were imperial and new radiators are metric, but this was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Kevin did an excellent job of upgrading some existing older style radiators for new more efficient units, as well as installing an additional radiator in our bathroom. The quality of his work was excellent and he (and his mate) left very little mess after finishing this 2 day job.
