I have had an excellent service once again from Waltham Black. From my initial booking for a chimney sweep to the service itself I cannot fault Neil or Naomi.
Neil installed my stove last year and has come back for its first sweep, he turned up when he said he would, is always friendly and nothing is too much trouble and has all the answers to my questions.
The work was done efficiently and without any mess and I think the charge was very reasonable and he left me with my certification to prove my sweep.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company I only wish there were more like Waltham Black. Thank you so much.

The service I received from everyone at Waltham Black was exceptional. From the initial quote, removing my open fireplace to fitting the new wood burner everything they did was done with care and consideration for the surroundings and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. They worked in a very clean, tidy and careful manner, were always polite and courteous and in the midst of the work when I had a sudden bereavement gave me the time I needed and never pressured me so they could finish the job.
I will always appreciate that extra care shown and thank Naomi, Neil and the two Dan's for the exceptional job they have done.
