We are over the moon with the quality and look of the path & patio that Vintage laid for us. The lads worked extremely hard and kept the site tidy each day and when they completed the job. Not only were they pleasant and friendly throughout, they took the time to really listen to us and did exactly what we asked them to do. We were kept fully updated on the progress of the job and checked regularly that we were happy with what they'd done. Our experience has been top-notch from start to finish.
Sales process was the best part as they offered valuable insight and advice into what we were trying to achieve. Sometimes "unwelcome" but ultimately grounded in solid experience (cheaper in the end). They weren't the cheapest (I wanted good not cheap) but they were the best.
Good communications before and during the work so we always knew what was happening.
The work team themselves were friendly, prompt and very hard working in cold/wet conditions. We felt we were in good hands : a very professional team who knew what they were doing - and it shows in the results. (Reviewed December 2021)
