Universal Renovations built our extension (side extension to a semi-detached house). We are very pleased with the finished project and really glad we worked with Chris and his team. The work was finished on time and on budget. No detail was too small and we felt in very safe hands throughout. All of the guys are friendly, respectful and skilled at what they do. Chris and his guys were an absolute joy to have in our home from start to finish. With Universal we ran into very few surprises and if something unexpected did turn up it was dealt with calmly and professionally. They also cleaned up every night, as best you can on a building site, to keep the dust and dirt down to a minimum so we could live our lives around the build. Their excellent communication was vital to us as they had to shut down the build through 2020's Coronavirus lockdown with Chris keeping in touch every few days by phone on what supplies he could get hold of and when he would be able to start work again. We really couldn't be happier with the new home we have which came in within the original specified time and on budget. Thanks to all at Universal Carpentry.
