We contacted Terry after seeing rats in the garden, then hearing them in the attic - this was on a Sunday. We got in touch with Terry straight away and, despite being very busy, he came in the next couple of days. He explained his methods and prices and agreed a plan beforehand and then got started immediately with checking our house, the drains, all around the garden, etc. He was extremely thorough and stayed over an hour, checking everything and giving advice. There were then 2 more visits, one a few days later - by which time most of the rats had already disappeared and then again 2 weeks later to be totally sure. We had mice and rats in our shed and garden. We found this out when we discovered a hole that the mice had made through the shed and grass seeds were all over the floor that were originally in a box! We called Terry and he and his dog max came to us within a few days. He explained what he suspected and informed us about how he was going to treat this situation. He placed some traps down (a bit different to the ones you imagine!) and explained how they worked. He came back the following week and concluded it was definitely mice and rats. He left it a couple more weeks and checked again. We found his knowledge to be brilliant. He is really nice too which is always good when you rely on a professional to help you. I am the neighbour and my boundary backs onto a large completely overgrown garden owned by the owner. As there is a very bad rat infestation on the other side of my fence, I alerted my neighbour to the very real health issues. We regularly see several rats in our garden as presumably they break through our fence on their way to forage further afield.
Terry was contacted by my neighbour and he promptly called to investigate how the infestation could be eradicated. He called on several occasions and left several black boxes containing specialist rat poison having ascertained many rat nests were on the neighbours land.Since the early visits, I am pleased to note that the amount of sightings has reduced dramatically.

I have a couple of fields and a few lawns. During the past year all appeared to have been taken over by moles. Large mounds of soil and stone had been raised to the surface by moles - the lawns and fields were a mess, the situation had been on going on for a year, it was grim and getting worse. I contacted Terry Walker of Pest Control, although he was very busy, he appears to work long hours and managed to fit me in the following week. My payment covered three visits. Terry dealt with the problem, all moles were removed. I have waited one month before completing this form to ensure the problem had been dealt with fully. All moles have gone, all mole hills have gone, my fields are back to normal and lawns recovering.
