We appreciate all feedback that we receive from clients. In this particular project, Timotay went above and beyond the agreed schedule of works. In terms of the safeguarding issue raised here, no children were at risk when the fence panel was raised. The panel was raised for a very short period of time in order to move play equipment onto the site. There were team members always present and at the fence panel. It was a necessary part of the project build. It is also standard practice in all settings, to check that the outside space is safe for children to enter. Therefore, should the panel have been raised near to a break time, then the setting staff would have seen the play equipment being moved, and not permitted the children to play. We are however extremely pleased to see that the end project was a success. (Reviewed August 2018)
