They provide excellent advice and what action to be taken when we had been scammed by a company claiming to remove our time share.
Fortunately we had paid a non refundable deposit with a credit card. Initially the card provider would not refund the deposit. We were advised what action to take with the card provider and they subsequently refunded the deposit. (Reviewed May 2022)
From first contact this company were very pro-active and very helpful.
We were making a claim against a major bank about a Timeshare company in Tenerife and the advice we were given helped us forward our claim to the Financial Ombudsman who took 15 months to ratify our claim and the bank then paid us out.

After being cold called about my timeshare I was misled about about the market for disposing of my timeshare and persuaded to pay a sizeable amount of money for their advice. We had been trying to cancel / surrender our timeshare since 2019 due to our age and my wife's health concerns. However each time we tried we were pushed back, despite supplying a health condition report letter from our doctor. Each time / each year annual fees and interest were added despite our last stay being in 2019. We contacted a number of sources for support and advice and straightaway were met with warnings about timeshare "scam" companies so abandoned several offers of "help". We had contacted the Timeshare Task Force and continued with them having tried to take up background checks on them. Having been embroiled with a variety of scam companies with regard to timeshare exit and recovery of funds from their related companies, it was a pleasure to finally make contact with people I can trust. After foolishly paying another business a fee to relinquish a timeshare I applied to my bank for a refund as this was a fraud. After many rejections & a Section 75 application supported by the wonderful team here I still had no luck.
Then we complained directly to the CEO's office where a detailed investigation was held regarding the 8 months of poor handling of my complaints & claims.
This week I received a FULL refund of £1671.
This undoubtedly would not have been possible without the exemplary work of Timeshare Business Check.

We have received a great deal of help from Timeshare Business Check (KwikChex) (TBC), providing help and guidance and a lot of questions for us to ask the company we were dealing with.
I told the company that I was not going ahead, they agreed to let us go, but would not refund the deposit. I contacted TBC and they suggested a Section 75 claim through my credit card, to get it back. Initially the Bank refused. Again, TBC advised if we go to the Financial Ombudsman and finally, although it has taken a couple of years due to Covid-19 delays, we are to get our money back.

I dealt with June Payne at Timeshare Taskforce who was so helpful and sympathetic when I was so stressed not getting anywhere with handing back my timeshare in Paris. Put me in contact with all the right people. Listened politely and calmed me down when my situation had been going on for months. Cannot speak more highly about the service she provided and the business has now all been resolved due to June being so efficient and my step son who speaks fluent French.

We approached Timeshare Task Force as we had paid money to another business who said they would help us relinquish our Timeshare. They gave a timescale of up to 12 months but, 7 months after we paid them the money we heard from the solicitor dealing with our case saying that they could do no more work on our case as they hadn't been paid by that business!
June gave some great advice, very friendly and prompt, and ultimately we have managed to get our money back from the credit card company we used to pay the money. Great service!

A large group of time-share owners established a WhatsApp group in response to the management increasing our annual fees in a way we believed was in breach of our contracts. One of the members recommended we approach KwikChex for help, which we did. I was a bit dubious at first, but our experience has been first-class. June and Chris had the experience, knowledge and "clout" to negotiate with management on our behalf and achieve an excellent outcome from which we have all benefitted. I thoroughly recommend them!! Our contacts were June Payne and Chris Emmins whom have represented the members of a timeshare resort in Madeira in a dispute over the imposition of significant supplementary charges to normal Annual Fees which we regarded as not supported contractually. June and Chris engaged very successfully with the resort management and the Administrator and the charges were withdrawn for physical infrastructure charges made at the sole discretion of the management. Free service. Saved timeshare owners being charged for building work carried out by the hotel owner. The amount billed to be shared between timeshare owners was in excess of â¬1 million. We were also being charged for holiday insurance whether we wanted it or not, that has been stopped. The hotel should have an online complaints book for which the link never worked. It does now. Excellent communication throughout as a group of us tried to deal with excessive demands for money from the Royal Savoy, Madeira. We were kept well informed and KwikChex have managed to do what the individual owners were unable to do - get the management of the RS and their administrators FNTC to respond. KwikChex was asked to represent a timeshare group that was formed to refute supplementary charges suddenly sprung on us by our hotel with zero consultation. Our hotel also suddenly imposed payment of a mandatory health care package over half way through our contract. KwikChex quickly contacted all the right people, got things moving and used their considerable knowledge and expertise to liaise with management and the administrator. They were always available for advice and kept group members informed at all stages. I am amazed at what they achieved for us over a short period of time and eternally grateful because yesterday the hotel wrote to us dropping all charges for both the renovations and the health plan. They got the group to agree that the demands were totally without merit, and, were withdrawn.

Timeshare Task force (notably June Payne) were involved in the whole process from advice on commencing relinquishment process through to its conclusion. Advice included an initial review of the Timeshare business for past history and various letter content detail and tracking and payment advice. Any queries (there were many) that I raised throughout the process were dealt with in a timely fashion and the language used in all responses was both easy to understand and friendly. Any knowledge boundaries or recommendations to pursue a more specific legal advice were clearly pointed out. I have found the customer service provided by this company to be first rate and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in a similar position considering or pursuing the relinquishment of their timeshare. FIRST CLASS SERVICE FROM TIMESHARE TASKFORCE. I was wary about a company called MLA (based in Tenerife) who claimed they could get me out of a timeshare I had. Having paid a deposit, I began to have second thoughts about MLA and contacted Timeshare Taskforce to see if MLA were legit. The advice given to me confirmed my fears, and I was given advice on what steps to take in order to get a refund from MLA, but as this company refused to answer any e-mails (confirming in my mind they were a con) Timeshare Taskforce helped me complete a Section 75 claim against my credit card company. I received a full refund thanks to the help of June Payne and the team at Timeshare Taskforce. They even kept in touch after the claim to ensure all was progressing well. I can't recommend Kwikchex enough. I was blessed the moment I discovered Kwikchex & June Payne. She was brilliant, listened to my garbled story, calmed me and was very supportive. She & her colleagues gave us sound advice (and priority treatment as time was paramount) about the aspects we should consider in deciding whether or not to proceed. We had signed an agreement with Claims Solution Group (CSG) for them to arrange exit from our Marriott timeshare (at cost of £5k) and on a no win/no pay basis claim compensation for alleged mid-selling. We had paid a deposit of £1k.
I was so worried & panicked about what we were doing, losing sleep & afraid we would lose £5k. We decided to withdraw from our agreement with CSG and got our deposit back.

I don't know where to start without June's advice & back up support we would still be locked in a vicious downwards spiral. By the Fraudsters who offered to terminate our timeshare membership. We wished to terminate our contract with our Malta timeshare & were constantly cold called by bogus companies offering their services to terminate our membership contract with our timeshare company for a up front deposit & a lump sum fee, they had information about us already which was circulating around Europe. Why the governments of Europe do not put an end to this toxic Fraud & lock up these criminals for good is a mystery. We were approached by Aegis Direct SL on a cold call about our Diamond Resorts membership and we were heavily persuaded to go with Aegis Direct SL to get our membership nullified but following excellent help and advice from June Payne we got all our deposit paid to Aegis back from Aegis Direct SL as we discovered we were already out of Diamond some three years before. We contacted June in a state of panic really, after realising that we'd fallen for a scam from Aegis Direct SL. Claiming that they could reclaim All of the maintenance money that we'd ever paid going back to 2003! But, they wanted money upfront to,
A, release us from ownership.
B, claim compensation.
Stupidly we parted with £600 as part payment of £6k!! ( They're very convincing)

Kwikchex provided me with first class advise and support when I became involved with ECC who promised to help me divest my timeshare. Having paid money and received nothing in return, Chris Emmins and the Timeshare Task Force helped me terminate my agreement with ECC and make a claim against them.
Throughout a long couple of years Chris gave me excellent advise and, much needed, financial support in my fight against ECC. Completely free advise and support was provided in a timely manner. Got great advice regarding termination of a timeshare contract in Tenerife. They looked at a company offering the service in this country but advised going direct to the timeshare company before engaging any other services. We did this using a template letter from the internet requesting termination and the reasons. The company agreed to relinquish the contract for a fee to cover legal and administrative costs that was a third of the price of the UK based company. This was only on the understanding that neither party had any further financial claim on each other. We were happy with this as we have enjoyed and used the timeshare over the years and just didn't want to be tied in for the next 52 years. If you are going after compensation I doubt they will release on those terms. Good luck (Reviewed December 2019)

Approached Kwikchex for advise on my timeshare being mis sold to me after recent press articles concerning a Spanish Supreme court ruling and through there advise went back to my timeshare company as wanted to rid myself of this burden. With Kwikchex help I successfully managed to offload my timeshare back to the developer at no other cost except a £10 stamp which was used to track my deeds back to my developer who was Richvale resorts..
This was done very quickly as was my RCI cancellation of membership but I would suspect that this was carried out this way as kwikchex said I had a potential claim for compensation and I think they knew it.I had every bit of documentation and evidence to do this but felt offloading it was a result. Staff with whom I had contact were polite, helpful and reassuring and acted as our representative in resolving a long-running dispute with the timeshare co. I first contacted them 12 months ago for help and they guided me through the lengthy process of trying to obtain a refund from [a timeshare relinquishment business].
When [the timeshare relinquishment business] refused to communicate, KwikChex continued to provide support and advice which enabled me to make a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act which resulted in me obtaining a full refund.
KwikChex were able to provide information to assist my claim that I had been unable to obtain from anywhere else.

I wish to thank KwikChex for supporting me through a contractural mess that I had arrived at. The contract was potentially fraudulent and would cost me several thousand pounds. I felt rather foolish to have got myself into this situation but worse was at a loss as to how get out of this "no cooling off"agreement. Fortunately Citizens Advise advised me to talk to KwikChex, who responded quickly to my questions , and opened a private online ticket thread where our conversations were recorded for reference. Critically they provided me with a strongly worded letter informing the company that they could not hold me to a no cooling off contract.
