Adam came to measure and dealt with all questions, no giving ridiculously high prices then working back nor did he pressurise us, simply explained what we’d need and priced accordingly.
Dave and his team were fantastic, they worked really hard, laid sheets down every day and cleared up every night before leaving. This company provided plans at estimation stage whereas others didn't. Timeframe to installation was a lot quicker than estimate. Installers were skilled and ensured all was spotless afterwards. We spent a great deal of time researching our replacement front door and side windows, asking the company many, many questions. We were answered with great patience and given detailed advice and suggestions. The installation went smoothly, and the clearing up was excellent. We were so busy admiring the completed overall effect we didn't notice a minor oversight until later. I phoned the company, was asked to supply photos and this was followed up with a visit to check the next day. The problem was corrected that day and in a courteous manner. The fitters were brilliant!
They worked incredibly hard and long hours, one of those days was in the pouring rain. After finishing later than expected on one day, they even tidied and cleaned the floors before leaving.
I they were very trustworthy and I could leave them to get on with the work. They came to me if they had any questions that they needed me to answer.
We are so pleased with our windows. We will definitely use Thermaseal in the future!
