The Magazine Production Company not only works super-efficiently for its client but in a no-nonsense, forthright and honest manner. At no time is the customer placed under pressure, as every step of the procedure (towards creating a new publication) is explained and explored, to ensure that subsequent problems simply never occur. Mr Dean Cook, the owner of the business, manages all aspects of his dealings in welcoming and friendly ways but he is not afraid of underscoring the pitfall potential of some of the more radical themes that potential magazine publishers can create. Transparency is the key. However, by also exercising tremendous empathy, both time and subsequent cost implications are reduced.
