Telephoned to let me know when he was on the way, on the appointed day. It evolved that a new lock wasn't needed and carried out a repair instead. I could have been charged a lot more if it hadn't been for the honesty of this company.

We had Andy out from Grays Locksmiths today and what a great service, He was here 3 hours fixing my Patio door lock (That I so badly tried to fix myself) and he did such a great job and would not leave without us being 100% happy with the job. All within a fixed pre agreed price as well. Faultless standard of work and a nice polite chap as well.
