I work for a local council and used The Making Change Group frequently for bathroom adaptations. The level of customer service and the quality of workmanship were both of a very high standard. I also had very positive feedback from clients regarding the manner in which they conducted themselves onsite, respected the homes of clients and communicated with the clients. The service I received was first class all the way and a fantastic job, my new bathroom looks amazing, the guys were friendly polite and very professional, any mess was cleaned up before they left. We had our bathroom adapted for disability.The end result is great.We were informed all the way through about what they would be doing, how we wanted certain fittings, choice of tiles etc. Dan and A J were very polite, always on time, friendly and cleaned up every day before they left.
