Simply outstanding. Having spent approximately 4 hours trying to locate approved service/repair centres for Lenovo, contacted Steve Briggs at Tecteam, really as a last-ditch effort.
One of the "approved" Lenovo repair centres quoted me £1250 +VAT for a new motherboard!!!!!
Steve fixed the problem within 10 minutes!
Cost = £00.00
An absolute star. I really cannot recommend highly enough
