The level of service was very good and as they have recently changed to a Platform method of investment, so it means the whole process is more transparent and my investments are being reviewed regularly and openly.
Due to Covid and the transformation in digital capability I can now also join their quarterly review meetings via Zoom so I can watch them reviewing the business as well.
