The roof began to leak just after one year and call the company to check the warranty. I was told that there was no warranty. The leakage also damaged my internal roof and the roof was supposed to last 10 years. Very disappoint service. I happened to find this website and cannot help making a complaint due to the painful experience.

The trader responded:

Started as planned and arrived on site early every day. Always professional, polite and respectful treating our home as if it was their own. We have used this top notch company in the past from rendering the house to refitting the kitchen, landscaping the garden/patio and refurbishing the bathrooms/toilets, this time it was removing and capping a chimney and we will be sure to use them again in the future. At the end of each day they left the place clean and tidy. On completion presented us with a full break down of costs and labour charges as per the quote with no hidden extras.
