I purchased a vehicle 8 months ago from a dealer who offers Spectrum Guarantees. I decided to purchase 24 months cover as the dealer offered 6 months Platinum Cover with the Vehicle. I started getting a noise from the car last week, I called Spectrum, they recommended a repairer, paid for the diagnostics to be done, the garage called to say they had found the problem and all the repairs were covered by my warranty, they even delivered my car back to me and cleaned it too free of charge, the repairs are guaranteed for an additional 12 months too.
