Shakespeare Carpentry is run by Alister who has over 20 years experience of working with customers to achieve the highest standard of carpentry for your individual requirements.
We currently undertake the following types of carpentry work;
Internal doors
External doors (wood construction only)
Fencing and gates
Installing of loft ladders and loft boarding
Replacement of stair spindles and handrails
Alister prides himself on the quality of his workmanship.
We are able to provide a labour only service or a complete service with us purchasing the materials on your behalf.
We are also able to offer a rubbish removal service, which for a small fee we can remove and dispose (responsibly) of the waste from the job completed.

We have used Shakespeare before and will do in the future. Alister is really good at what he does and delivers good quality in a tidy and timely manner. We had bespoke shoe shelves, bedside-table-shelves and built-in cupboard shelving - all fitted in an old house where no angle is ever straight. Alister was on time, worked really hard and did a wonderful job on a hit-or-miss fence for me...and he cut a hedgehog hole as requested for the visiting hogs.
