Project was for a Victorian building that falls under the Conservation area.

Steven who was my point of contact ensured that we kept the integrity of the building which now looks impeccable.

The Health and safety was on point and risk assessments and method statements was adhered to and as a school this is very important to us.

This was one of the projects where I didn't have to get involved or watch closely, So thank you for that. I got daily updates of the progression as well as walking me through each process.

Not to mention that upon removing the rendering the company carried out a number of free repairs dues to unforeseen damage.

Steve's attention to detail was excellent through this difficult renovation. Our house always throws up surprises, as did the kitchen we pre purchased and supplied for SG to fit. Despite discovering the design by others was completely flawed, SG worked around the late deliveries, wrong dimensions, replacements and missing parts to ensure the project was completed to an excellent standard.

Initial estimates were accurate. While costs increased, this was only as a result of additions to the scope of work or because of issues found during work that needed to be remedied.

Scheduled time for the job was not met, but this was due to a long spell of bad weather that prevented roofing work from being done.

The builder was hired to repoint and rerender our rear elevation.
We received a clear and concise quotation which was described in simple to understand terms with expected time frames for the work to be completed.
The work was carried out to an excellent standard. Upon removing the old render they found damage to the brickwork, they then described the work needed to correct it and the additional costs.
On completion of the work the area was cleaned to an excellent standard and left as though no-one had been there. They were very friendly and good natured.
