Servicebase completed lots of different jobs for us, from knocking down a load bearing wall, to fitting new roof lights and a sunpipe and replacing a radiator. All the crews who worked in our property were very professional and always left the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each day. We asked them to do extra bits for us while the job was in progress. Nothing was too much trouble. The only tiny issue was that overall, the work took longer than we had hoped. Some delays were due to supply issues but also it took them a while to come and finish off the smaller jobs. Servicebase were more expensive than other builders who quoted for us, but we feel it was worth the extra and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. (Reviewed July 2022)

I cannot stress how good they have been from start to finish. From a reasonable quote, to the the work done and the quality of finish, they've been fantastic. Every person that worked on our job was friendly, curteous and went out their way to keep us updated on progress. Every request I had was delivered and I was genuinely surprised by just how clean, tidy and efficient they were! Following multiple visits from different tradesmen who failed to identify a problem with water ingress into the porch, Sean and Tim performed a thorough investigation & managed to fix the issue with the tiling on the main roof to make the entire area watertight.
