I'm a small-scale landlord and rely on good tradesmen to provide a timely and high quality service for my tenant customers. I have struggled to find a reliable roofing contractor for years and this is also hampered living away from the area. My letting agent only has handy men and also struggles finding good people, suprisingly. I called Danny about a damp problem in a loft bedroom and was very impressed that he provided some good advice and suggested it probably wouldn't be related to a roof issue. A check up in the end proved that this was the case which I had asked to go ahead. A second house I own had a problem with a leaking gutter and Danny provided a prompt service and repair and photographs showing the work. He even provided text responses whilst on the roof to advise on other issues which I could immediately respond to. Excellent service, good timely communication and a fair price for the work involved. During heavy rain in early hours of New Years Day, a leak started in bedroom from above bay window. Emailed Danny and he soon responded recognising the damage that could be caused if not resolved quickly. Turned out to be a simple job to clear drain hole, but if this had not been done subsequent rain could have caused more severe problems.
Danny turned up when he said he would and resolved the problem quickly.
