Having found Safety Surveys on Google, I called them and spoke to Lee.

I explained which service was required in this case an asbestos survey, from the onset Lee was engaging and super helpful.

The price quoted was very reasonable, a few days later I gave Lee the go ahead. The survey was carried out as advised and a full and very detailed report was produced.

From the first point of contact the level of service we got from Safety Surveys was exceptional. First contact was via their website at about 10pm on a Thursday evening. We had a response within about 15 minutes! Lee provided a variety of time/ date options for our survey. We then delayed a couple of weeks and when we reconnected, Lee again responded immediately. Scott (the surveyor) arrived on time and carried out a thorough refurbishment and demolition survey - the report was detailed and clear. He was polite, courteous and tidy in examining our house.
