Disabled Facility Grant funded work to a wide range of vulnerable clients over a number of years. Working with some challenging at time very demanding clients to supply and fit a level access shower, major alterations to bathroom adaptations. Ramp and platform to improve access to social space to create independent access to the community. External garden fencing alterations to allow for mobility scooter and parking. Variety of work has also included working with external agencies such as Building Control suppliers to be the main point of contact to facilitate materials and reduce the levels of stress when juggling multiple demands in a family home. Contractors strive to maintain a good level of communication, both with the clients and my team. They will constantly try to support the clients and manage expectations. Committed to achieve the best outcome for the scheme of works required while making sure they stay focused and positive even when things can be quite challenging. (Reviewed June 2022)

Sean is required to work closely with our Disabled Clients on multiple projects. Sean understands our requirements and standards and will always keep me informed of any unforeseen work, and is always able to offer effective solutions in a cost effective manner.
