I had to wait nearly a week for them to visit and they were not able to give me an estimated time of day but they did phone me 15 minutes before they arrived, as promised. They gave me a quote on arrival, which I accepted, so they took the waste away immediately. I was able to pay by card on a portable device. The cost was very reasonable for what they removed. I could not have taken it to Chelson Meadow myself, there was too much and it was very heavy The two men were polite, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also mindful of Covid restrictions and wore PPE, including shoe protectors. I highly recommend RWS Waste and will undoubtedly use their services again in the future. Highly recommended. Brilliant Service all round, the lady who answered the phone was polite & helpful organising a date that worked for me & getting back to me with an estimate price very quickly. The 2 gentlemen that turned up on the day were incredibly polite & friendly, they worked quickly & cleanly & made everything simple and I was able to pay by bank transfer which made it very convenient. I paid £36 for a king size mattress & metal bed frame to be taken away which I think is excellent value since the council quoted £20 but had a much longer waiting time and were no where near as flexible with dates & had a lot more rules around how & where things could be picked up, so I'm glad I used these guys instead.
