Mark of Rooftec arranged a time to see our roof, arrived on time and then provided a quote promptly. He arranged the date the work was to be carried out and arrived on site on time and did the job as he said he would. In between the quote and doing the work some more slates needed to be replaced, which Rooftec did without charging, and without us having to ask for the work to be done.
